Job Description

AECOM are currently seeking a Strategy+ Consultant, to join our Buildings and Places team. As a consultant deployed within the Advisory team, which comprises of Asset, Project Monitoring, P3 Technical, Risk Management, Program, Strategy+, Procurement and Construction Business Intelligence services, you would be involved in the delivery of services, participating in activities such as reviews, assessments, reporting and advising clients on a wide range of projects across built asset and infrastructure sectors.

Strategy+, AECOM’s design consulting studio operates at the intersection of Business Transformation, Human Dynamics and Place Strategies and is looking for highly motivated applicants who possess outstanding analytical, communication and creative skills. The successful candidate will join our multidisciplinary team of talented strategists and be responsible for supporting our state-of-the-art consulting projects.

The successful candidate will join our multidisciplinary team and be responsible for supporting our state-of-the-art consulting projects with oversight from the Head of Advisory, PCC and wider Strategy+ leadership team. Our clients are located through the region and this individual may be required to travel up to 50% of the time.

Desirable Knowledge and Expertise

Candidates will be expected to possess deep expertise in one or more of the following:

  • Business strategy, data analytics and operations planning.

  • Communication strategy branding and marketing.

  • Creating and delivering change management strategies and organizational development plans.

  • Behavioral psychology, human resource analytics Creation and development of IT systems architecture and tools.

  • Creating and delivering change management strategies and organizational development plans.

  • Expertise in user research, design strategy, and space programming.

  • Design background in architecture, Business, IT/IS, planning, interiors, product or web design.

Outline of Duties

Working as a collaborative team member, this individual will be responsible for:

  • Excellence in leading

  • Experience with system functionality definition based on detailed analysis of business operation

Managing and delivering specific activities within projects, including:

  • Client interaction

  • Communication

  • Planning and Research

  • Data analytics

  • Visualization

  • Workshop facilitation

  • Presentation preparation and report writing

  • Coordinating one or more project teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years relevant post education experience.

  • Bachelor’s and preferably master’s degree in business, public policy, economics, computer science, architecture, planning, design, social science or another relevant field.
