AECOM Information Collection Analyst in Alexandria, Virginia

Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking an Information Collection Analyst to provide support to a DoD Government Customer. The position will be located in Alexandria, VA.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a clearance agent for DoD internal and public information collection approval requests

  2. Responsible for editing DoD issuances that prescribe DoD information collections

  3. Serve as a liaison between DoD Action Officers, Information Management Control Officers and the DoD Office of Information Management (OIM) within the DoD Directives Division

  4. Provide support in reviewing and preparing information collection packages for submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval.

  5. Conduct one-on-one training with Components/Proponents that request training on internal and public information collections

Minimum Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably supporting a federal government customer

  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance; Active Department of Defense (DOD) Interim Secret Clearance upgradeable to Top Secret preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Ability to collaborate with team members/customers and work independently to identify and create solutions for issues surrounding program and personnel management

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Active DOD Interim Secret Clearance upgradeable to Top Secret
