Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Quality Assurance Manager to join our team supporting DHS in Alexandria, VA

The successful candidate will have a background in Quality Assurance and specialize in data quality analysis. This position is responsible for providing independent assessments of the health of the data used by the customer, providing feedback on where the customer is exceeding or under resourced in asset areas, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. Additionally, this position will monitor service level agreements to ensure contract compliance and provide recommendations for adjustments when necessary.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Data quality analysis

  • Asset management

  • Data-driven decision making

  • Proficient use of Remedy, Service Now, and/or Tableau

  • Recommend process improvements

  • Ensure a safe work environment by reviewing production standards

  • Lead in problem-solving and driving constant improvement: Complete job safety analyses on a regular basis

  • Ensure compliance with contract Service Level Agreements

  • Communicate effectively with all levels of employees on and off site

  • Prepare Reports

  • Interact with prime personnel on all contractual matters

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews

  • Lead quality assurance engagement

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience.

  • Quality Assurance experience.

  • Experience with IT asset management

  • Logistics and government experience.

  • Ability to write and edit SOPs and Quality Assurance guidelines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Microsoft office suite capabilities.

  • Must obtain DHS Public Trust Background Investigation.

  • Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

CMMI and ISO 9000 Certifications
