Job Description
As a Junior Architect, the candidate will be joining a highly motivated and proactive team, with multidisciplinary projects delivered across several geographies, with the potential to grow and thrive. Delivering diverse projects will provide candidate with the opportunity to learn from professionals working on different fields of expertise, acquiring general knowledge of the design and construction process. The candidate will get an overview of the complete project life cycle, from early proposal stages, throughout the project planning, set up and execution, up to project closure.
Under the direct supervision of an Architect or Project Lead, the candidate will contribute to the team with the following tasks:
Assist with creating and developing designs, functional layouts, diagrams, and presentation materials based on complex programming requirements.
Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team (engineering, urban design, and others) to support the design and construction of a variety of international and national projects.
Developing from concept design to construction documents.
Qualifications
ALL CANDIDATES MUST SUBMIT A PORTFOLIO WITH THEIR CV/RESUME
Minimum Requirements:
Architectural Master’s Degree.
Proficiency in BIM environment and Autodesk Revit.
Proven experience with other design software (Autocad, Photoshop, Rhinoceros, …).
Creative and collaborative with a passion for good design.
Great presentation skills.
Well organized with the ability to manage time and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
Proactive and detail oriented.
Languages:
Proficiency in English, Spanish and Catlan.
Other language proficiency is desirable
