Nuclear Waste Partnership, an LLC of AECOM, is seeking a
Maintenance Specialist to be based in our Carlsbad, New Mexico location.
The successful candidate will report to the Surface Maintenance Electrical Manager and is responsible for the development and control of the Electrical Hazard Evaluations associated with electrical work. The successful candidate will work closely with the Surface and Underground Electrical Supervisors, Work Control as well as Engineering to complete the required hazard evaluation as part of the Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) process.
Bachelor’s degree plus fifteen (15) years of related Maintenance experience, or
Associate’s degree plus nineteen (19) years experience, or
High School Diploma or GES with twenty-three (23) years experience is required.
Candidate should be knowledgeable on reading electrical prints, electrical systems and have previous electrical experience.
Due to the nature of work, candidates must be US Citizens.
- Five (5) years of experience in a DOE environment is a plus.
