AECOM is seeking to IMMEDIATELY interview and to hire cleared Reports officers/Team Leader. Each qualifying candidate chosen will become a direct hire with AECOM and will be provided full benefits and opportunity for advancement, after applicable time. The positions available will be located in the Northern Virginia area and will require the person selected to lead a team of linguists in monitoring, collecting and translating open source material related to Counter-Terrorism issues. The selected person will work with the customer to understand collection and reporting requirements. This person will also assemble, analyze, and prioritize information into reports for the customer. The primary duties will include evaluating open source collection for completion, validity, relevance and quality and assembling the information into reports for the customer. Also, assisting in source review by evaluating production and identifying any potential reporting concerns; Reviewing, coordinating, and approving report dissemination. No deployment required. Active TS/SCI clearance.
MUST be of US Citizenship.
MUST have a current TS/SCI.
Minimum 5 years of direct, relevant experience as a SOO or Desk Officer supporting operations.
MUST have experience using customer-specific databases to process, coordinate and disseminate reporting
MUST have experience preparing correspondence, including message traffic, memos, reports and briefings
MUST have demonstrated ability to research, analyze, prioritize effectively, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data/information into reports.
The ability to triage documentation to isolate the full-range of information that is of importance to the task.
Prior experience supervising
1-2 years of management experience.
Direct experience in independently drafting message traffic and materials using reporting/documentation databases
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Arabic.
