Position Title Program Analyst

AECOM is seeking a Program Analyst to provide the following support:
Provide assistance with the coordination and preparation of microelectronic parts that are shipped off center for parts testing.
Assist with processing the return shipment of tested parts and reintroduce those parts back into the production line in GXM labs.
Assist the financial team with tracking funding balances and updates for Technical Project Managers (TPM).
Provide support for the development and presentation of program materials for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Program Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), etc. for sponsors that are supported by GXM.
Assist in the development of matrices that help correlate the sponsor requirement of testing microelectronic parts with current test procedures utilized on the test floor and provide recommendations for increased productivity with test execution.
Assist the test leads with test report creation and assist with the review process and guide the test report through the approval process.
Assist the test leads and lab managers with or errors that are caught by the Quality Assurance lab and work to correct those errors.
Assist with agenda development, revisions, and reports for program reviews and GXM meetings.
Coordinate with Chief Engineers, Branch Managers, Subject Matter Experts and other leadership within the Division to understand parts processing workflow.
Review the documentation that drives the processes and establish any gaps between execution and documentation that need addressed.
Work with leadership to align the documentation with the established process.
Identify areas of improvement or concern within the process that need to be addressed in order to improve efficiency and/or mitigate risks.
Support leadership in alignment of Division Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation into a working structure that can be clearly understood and communicated externally.
Support the Division Integrated Master Scheduler and Capacity Model.
Analyze and understand the resources, key points of failure, and other aspects of the Model that help drive the data and provide weekly schedules for execution.
Microsoft Excel experience required
Microsoft Project experience required
iPDM experience preferred
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field and seven (7) years of job-related experience or equivalent.
Excel, IPDM, Continuous Improvement, MS Project is desired.
