Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Planning on Site to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee complex site planning projects.
Develop and manage comprehensive site plans for large-scale construction projects
Develops familiarity with data sources for schedule development.
Ability to identify and investigate project schedule variance.
Collects data and updates and produces scheduling reports.
Perform complex engineering calculations and prepare technical reports
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Stay updated on industry trends, local building codes, and sustainable design practices
Present project plans and progress reports to stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in site planning and engineering, with a focus on large-scale projects
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; LEED AP certification is a plus
Advanced knowledge of site planning principles, urban development, and land use planning
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Experience in environmental impact assessment and sustainable design practices
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
