Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Land Surveyor - Infra/Road to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our infrastructure and road development projects, you will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys, analyzing data, and providing crucial information for project planning and execution.

  • Perform field surveys for infrastructure and road projects using advanced surveying equipment and techniques

  • Collect, process, and analyze survey data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports

  • Establish survey control points and benchmarks for project sites

  • Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys as required

  • Prepare detailed survey reports, including calculations and drawings

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure survey data meets project requirements

  • Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings

  • Ensure compliance with local and international surveying standards and regulations

  • Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability

  • Mentor and guide junior surveyors and field technicians

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field

  • Professional license or certification in land surveying (e.g., Professional Land Surveyor - PLS)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in infrastructure and road projects

  • Proficiency in surveying equipment and software, including GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to read and interpret maps and blueprints accurately

  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and report preparation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of local and international surveying standards and regulations

  • Familiarity with construction processes and project management

  • Physical ability to work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
