Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Land Surveyor - Infra/Road to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our infrastructure and road development projects, you will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys, analyzing data, and providing crucial information for project planning and execution.
Perform field surveys for infrastructure and road projects using advanced surveying equipment and techniques
Collect, process, and analyze survey data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports
Establish survey control points and benchmarks for project sites
Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys as required
Prepare detailed survey reports, including calculations and drawings
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure survey data meets project requirements
Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings
Ensure compliance with local and international surveying standards and regulations
Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
Mentor and guide junior surveyors and field technicians
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
Professional license or certification in land surveying (e.g., Professional Land Surveyor - PLS)
Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in infrastructure and road projects
Proficiency in surveying equipment and software, including GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret maps and blueprints accurately
Proficient in data collection, analysis, and report preparation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of local and international surveying standards and regulations
Familiarity with construction processes and project management
Physical ability to work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
