Job Description

The successful candidate will play a strategic and hands-on role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent across the organization. You will partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to proactively source, assess, and secure high-caliber candidates.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level engineering and technical roles, from job briefing to offer acceptance.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, recruitment best practices, and workforce planning support.
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and talent communities.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey through clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized engagement.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire) to drive data-informed decisions.
Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and candidate quality.
Work with the broader HR team to support onboarding, talent marketing initiatives, and internal mobility programs when needed.
Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
Work closely with the mobilization team and line managers to ensure smooth transitions from candidate acceptance, onboarding through to start date.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within an engineering, construction, or technical environment.
Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates in a competitive market.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform hiring decisions.
Understanding of engineering disciplines and technical skills is a plus.
