Position Title Program Manager 1

Supervise and manage maintenance and program activities in multiple disciplines covering technical and/or non-technical areas. Such areas include management, Army supply/asset management, Army maintenance, Army transportation, DOL Operations experience, and program documentation. Must possess in-depth expert knowledge of supply & maintenance program relationships, concepts and methodologies pertaining to maintenance & supply areas of logistics operations.
1) Supervise, coach, mentor and lead work teams in the accomplishment of goals and tasks in
support of specific programs.
2) Perform and supervise multi-disciplinary technical and/or non-technical tasks for applicable

4) Develop detailed staffing requirements, assignments and plans to meet customer needs.
5) Estimate personnel needs and schedule and assign work to meet completion dates.
6) Coordinate and investigate and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with other

deliverables, development of responses to the Requests for Quotes and overall task execution.
8) Develop required technical and management documentation in support of customer technical
and programmatic reviews.

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident
Bachelor’s degree and eighteen (18) years of job related experience or equivalent.
Excellent communication interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required.
Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications is required.
Extensive travel may be required.
Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
Must obtain STS certification within 180 days.
Must be available for any shift.
Willing to work weekends and other hours as needed.
Candidates must have a valid Driver's License.
