Position Title Sr. Spectrum Manager

AECOM is seeking a professional looking to apply Radio Frequency (RF) management principals to support analysis and process support for legacy and emerging spectrum dependent technologies. The work requires the analyzes of technical data for communication equipment/systems submitted to coordinate use of Link 16 systems. Knowledge of radio equipment and radio propagation characteristics aids in the review and coordination at the National or International level, as required. This individual will work with other Link 16 team members to conduct basic analysis/studies of Department of the Navy Link 16 use with a view toward adjustment, sharing, or reassignment to ensure spectrum efficiency for authorized use. Further the support specialist must ensure proper coordination with appropriate federal, non-federal, military and other government officials of the United States and foreign countries.
Bachelor of Science (BS)/Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree
10+ years of experience working within the spectrum community
Requires Secret clearance
Must be U.S. citizen
Background supporting Link 16 systems.
Knowledge of any of the following software’s: Spectrum Certification System (SCS), Equipment Location Certification Information database (EL-CID), Spectrum XXI, Host Nation Spectrum Worldwide Database Online (HNSWDO), or Stepstone
Knowledge of DOD EMS policy
Knowledge of the Link 16 Pulse Deconfliction Server
Experience coordinating with national level spectrum management offices like Army Spectrum Management Office, Air Force Spectrum Management Office, or FAA
