Job Description
We are looking for several Resident Building Services Inspector (BSI) for below site projects.
Site: Public Housing Project in Tuen Mun Area 54
Qualifications
The BSI shall be employed by the BSESP as a resident building services inspector in building services engineering inspection
The BSI shall be at minimum possess a Diploma or Higher Certificate or in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering from a Hong Kong polytechnic university / polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or technical institute / technical college, or equivalent
The BSI shall have attained the language proficiency requirements of *level 2' or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: 'Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 2' Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth) The BSI shall have at least seven (7) years post-qualification local experience in building services works
Good verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in computer usage
Good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills
Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities
