Job Summary

Performs administrative activities in accordance with applicable technical orders, directives, MOIs, and management instructions. Assists the branch superintendents and personnel in consolidating logistics inputs. Performs tasks under minimum supervision.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Performs clerical duties/functions.

  2. Maintains/posts time sheets and exception reporting as required.

  3. Prepares, suspense's, maintains/files and/or verifies entries for accuracy of forms, reports, correspondence and make distribution as required.

  4. Requisitions and maintains supplies as required.

  5. Provides automated documentation as required.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must posses planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

Completion of high school or equivalent is required. Completion of specialized courses is desired. The ability to read and write, and to apply technical instructions is required.

One (1) year of general clerical experience and one year of data entry experience on computer terminal is desired. One (1) year experience maintaining military publications is desired.

Working knowledge of applicable U.S. Army technical orders is desired. Knowledge of filing & requisitioning publications, technical orders, and forms is desirable.

A working knowledge of AF administrative procedures is desirable. Should be knowledgeable of Army record keeping procedures.

Possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a government driving permit.

Position may require travel.

Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a government background check.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) or rapid gate.
