Job Description
AECOM is looking for a Project Controls Analyst to work in Lima, Peru.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct detailed analyses and reporting of project financial performance, including cost control and expenditure tracking.
Prepare, monitor, and analyze project budgets, cost performance, and financial forecasts.
Application of Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques in project performance analysis and cost management.
Support the tracking of purchase orders, subcontract commitments, and associated expenditures to maintain accurate cost reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, specializing in project or program control and subcontractors management with +4 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
Experience in public infrastructure, construction, environmental or energy projects.
Proven skills in financial management, including cost analysis, cash flow management, and budget control.
Hands-on experience in subcontract and contract management, including negotiation, tracking deliverables, claim management, and mitigating contractual risks.
Ability to prepare and deliver clear and effective financial and executive-level reports for senior management and clients.
Proven ability to prepare and present costs, financial and executive reports to senior management and clients.
Solid understanding of project and contractual management methodologies (PMI, AAEC, RICS, Agile, NEC4, among others).
Advanced Excel skills managing databases.
Additional Information
Desirable Requirements:
5 years of experience in Project Controls, particularly in cost control, project finance, and integrated subcontract management.
PMP, CCP certification, or related international certifications in project controls.
Experience working on NEC4 ECC projects.
Knowledge and experience in data analytics (Power BI).
Proficiency in cost control and planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Oracle, or other relevant ERP systems).
