Job Description
Within our Digital services our teams are dedicated to helping our clients navigate the digital era. Our experts work closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
Job Summary:
As a Client Services Digital Partner , you will play a pivotal role in driving and enabling digital for our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their digital needs, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance their business operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of digital technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all digital initiatives
Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement digital strategies that align with their business goals
Project Management: Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Solution Delivery: Work closely with internal teams to deliver digital solutions that meet client needs and drive business value
Market Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and technologies, providing clients with insights and recommendations
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of digital initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the digital or technology sector.
Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of data analytics and AI.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
