Job Description
AECOM is seeking a talented Program Coordinator for full-time employment based in the Mississauga, ON office.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Provide program and project support to the program management team in a client facing role.
Support in the coordination of projects, program management plans, workflow processes, risk identification, engineering technical reports, and contract review.
Plan program meetings, develop of agendas and prepare technical presentations
Coordinate activities with multiple engineering disciplines
Plan, coordinate and control of a project from inception to completion including scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.
Coordinate program and project charter follow up
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical field + 2 years of related engineering or project experience
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of related engineering or Water/Wastewater project experience is an asset
Proficiency – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Working knowledge of computerized scheduling and project management software (P6)
Registered Engineering Professional in Canada preferred (P.Eng or EIT) or eligibility to quickly obtain
Previous consulting experience within engineering or construction industry is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and strong attention to detail skills
Ability to self-manage assignments from start to finish with minimal oversight
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and calm composure
Committed to providing exceptional client service, both internal and external
Able to interact professionally with all levels of business personnel and build strong working relationships
Additional Information
- Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $58,000.00 - $80,000.00.
