Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a CWDS Driver - Loader to c

ollect and transport classified waste material within the Washington Metropolitan area.

Minimum Requirements

  • Load, transport and unload material and drive non- CDL trucks less than 26,000 pounds

  • Pull material from collection areas

  • Maintain security in all designated areas

  • Perform appropriate vehicle inspections and report deficiencies

  • Properly record weight and origin of classified waste

  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

  • Able to obtain and maintain forklift certification

  • Driving record must meet employer’s insurance carrier standards

  • High school, technical school, apprenticeship, trade school graduate or equivalent required

  • Two years experience driving commercial vehicles

  • TS SCI clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to perform and function within a confined space.

  • Ability to comprehend written and oral instructions.

  • A willingness to work rotational shift if necessary, including days, evenings and nights, as well as, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
