Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Program Resourcing Coordinator to be located in Mississauga. This position requires the candidate to be in the office 5 days a week.
Support resources including coordinating owner requests and managing deployment timescales.
Coordinating with the corporate organization to identify, fulfill and/or coordinate recruitment needs and managing a pipeline of resources.
Assists Resource Manager to ensure that resourcing needs are fulfilled and that an accurate forecast is maintained in collaboration with the client.
Assists Resource Manager to ensures that robust resourcing plans are developed and implemented for succession planning and performance issues.
Assists lead team to execute recruitment efforts, onboarding, and mobilization of resources.
Provides consolidated reporting with respect to resourcing in line with the agreed metrics.
May provides document management and project controls support which includes the receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic, paper and other media project data and documents according to company policy, and proper procedures for the projects.
May manage the set up and maintenance of document control / records management for multiple projects and Project Managers.
Ensures that all local practices and activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- University Degree in relevant field of study plus 6 (six) years of experience in project/program management, including on large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
Preferred Requirements:
Proven expertise in project management and relevant technical domains to effectively deliver complex projects.
Extensive experience in leading teams to execute complex projects and programs successfully.
Strong technical proficiency across all phases of project management, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, particularly for large-scale programs or projects.
Technical expertise complemented by an ability to analyze and synthesize complex technical information, tailoring communication to meet the needs of specific stakeholder groups, and identifying key engagement and communication opportunities.
Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing insightful reporting to support effective decision-making.
Additional Information
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $65,000.00 - $90,000.00.
