Analyze customer requirements and evaluate existing or proposed system, and devise computer programs, systems and related procedures to process data. Prepare software and interface requirements specifications. Develop and debug source code. Develops test procedures, conduct software integration and system acceptance testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Excellent communications and analytical skills.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Object-Oriented Design/Analysis and web development/architectural methodologies.
Experience using third-party user control such as Telerik Controls for .Net, etc.
Position requires the ability to analyze, test, and propose solutions to problems in operational software.
Position requires ability to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance.
Position requires MCSD and A+ certifications within 12 months of hire.
Analyze and test output for validity, and prepare written reports documenting test results for medium scale software projects.
Prepare software test plans/cases and other such documentation.
Function at entry level with developers to plan for detailed analysis of computer program code, documentation, and output to insure validity, consistency, and conformance to applicable standards.
Support lifecycle application development including requirements gathering, software development, debugging, and testing.
Comply with hardware and software systems standards and procedures.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
SECRET security clearance.
