AECOM has a contingent opening for General Clerk III in Okinawa, Japan
Provides customer service and assistance with daily operations and inquiries and supports site management with administrative tasks.
Assist customers with general inquiries, provides instructions for ordering HM and AUL adds, researches availability of stock. Provides updates to customer orders.
Processes AUL Adjustments requests, researches NSN/MCSN for comparable stock, requests NSN/MCSN loads to HMMS.
Updates training records, follows up with staff to ensure compliance, arranges and schedules training, provides weekly updates to management.
Contacts customers to confirm order validity, verify with customers if HM needed to reduce inventory and excess stock.
Generates and updates reports and documents for Site Management.
Maintains Authorized Use Lists (AUL) and Zone Quantity Limits (ZQL) in HMMS and the POS. Contacts customers for AUL reviews.
Initiates HR onboarding for new hires, prepares documents for SOFA/based related requirements, processes checkout and related documents for outbound staff.
Contacts customers for order payment status, assists with processing transactions, and verifies payment of orders against.
Updates pricing and product information.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
Work Environment, Physical Demands, And Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards and occasional visits to warehouses containing hazardous materials, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, kneeling, standing, and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines. Must be able to accurately input, correct, and/or retrieve from the various automated systems. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos and have the ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Must be a United States Citizen or acceptable proof of naturalization prior to employment.
High school degree or equivalent training/experience and 3 years of administrative experience. Requires knowledge of computer operating software programs.
Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
This position has a rotating shift and will be subject to shift changes, weekend, holiday and overtime work.
Shift work, weekends, mandatory overtime (with proper notice given) and cross-training can be required in order to meet daily/weekly workload requirements
