Position Title PDM Logistician

AECOM is seeking a Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) Logistician to join our Air Force B-2 program team at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The PDM Logistician will apply an understanding of DoD and Air Force logistics knowledge to perform various tasks related to the planning, development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive, affordable, and effective systems support strategy.
Specifically, this position will support Product Support Elements associated with sustaining/system engineering, design interface, supply support, maintenance planning and management, support equipment/automatic test systems (SE/ATS), technical data management/technical orders, manpower and personnel, training, and protection of critical program information and anti-tamper provisions.
Develop and execute process improvements of 3600 and 3010 funded modification programs for the B-2 aircraft and associated weapons/sensor systems
Identify, evaluate, and resolve constraints caused by planning, scheduling, and implementing multiple 3600/3010 funded modification programs in conjunction with previously-scheduled depot maintenance
Develop and manage project schedules
Lead review of 3600-funded PDM processes
Lead identification of process constraints and recommend solutions and/or initiatives to achieve modification program goals
Develop, manage, track and report program metrics
Support logistics and maintainability programs
Coordinate with logistics and maintenance control organizations
Support technical evaluation and identification of weapon systems logistics requirements and resources
Support development of logistics support and maintainability programs or plans
Support systems acquisition requirements analysis
Support budgetary or financial analysis and control
Support life cycle cost analysis and control
Support AIS hardware and software standardization and compatibility
Support Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Cost (RAM-C) program test evaluation planning and execution
Support Product Support/RAM-C analysis and assessments in supportability planning.
Collect, compile, analyze, investigate, research, or apply logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.
Develop, modify, prepare, or validate documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.
Position may require occasional travel.
Candidate must possess five (5) years’ experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in management, logistics management, or other technically equivalent degree. Additional requirements include:
Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance with ability to meet/maintain Special Access Program (SAP) requirements.
Excellent communication, inter personal, organizational and analytical skills are necessary
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other standard integrated software applications
Ideal candidate is experienced in providing acquisition sustainment support for USAF weapons systems. Strong people management skills and experience are highly desirable.
