Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead our procurement department, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and optimizing our supply chain processes to support the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives

  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and vendor relationship management

  • Analyze market trends, conduct cost analyses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop effective procurement solutions

  • Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations and company policies

  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of procurement systems and technologies

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track procurement effectiveness and efficiency

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in procurement processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record in a leadership role

  • Professional certification such as CPSM, CPM, or CSCP preferred

  • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Demonstrated experience in cost analysis and reduction strategies

  • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and market dynamics

  • Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations

  • Experience managing and mentoring procurement teams

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • International procurement experience preferred

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly desirable
