Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and oversee all procurement activities, develop strategic sourcing initiatives, and drive cost-saving measures while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation
Analyze market trends, conduct cost analyses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
Oversee the implementation and utilization of procurement systems and tools
Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and regulations in all procurement activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business needs
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement effectiveness
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 7-10 years of procurement experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role
Professional certification such as CPSM, CPM, or CSCP is highly desirable
Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage procurement teams effectively
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cost reduction and process improvement
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
International procurement experience and understanding of global supply chain trends
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
