Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Engineer, Structural to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex structural engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Perform specific and moderate portions of broader structural engineering assignments
Gather and correlate engineering data using established procedures and innovative approaches
Work on detailed engineering assignments involving calculations and complex structural analyses
Propose solutions to new problems by modifying standard procedures or developing new methods
Identify and resolve discrepancies in project results
Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level engineers
Manage projects in accordance with agreed-upon budgets and schedules with minimal supervision
Independently complete primary design elements for structural engineering works
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in structural engineering
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 4-6 years of experience in structural design projects
Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro) and knowledge of Singapore building codes
Strong technical skills in structure framing, element design, and steel structures
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
