Position Title Supervisor 2/ Solomon's Island MD GSE contract

Supervises and coordinates maintenance activities.
Provides guidance to deliver efficient work procedures, work schedules and workflow.
Monitors contractual delivery orders, contract funds status, customer satisfaction and satellite job sites for contract compliance.
Supervises, coordinates, assigns duties, provides leadership and reviews the work of assigned staff and/or contracts for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
Monitors and fosters harmony among the crew complement.
Reviews composite reports from individual reports of subordinates prior to submission.
Provides guidance to correct errors and complaints.
Monitors work sites during and after completion to determine safety, quality and completeness.
Monitors the process of work orders, labor time sheets and material requests for accuracy prior to submitting.
Prepares written and oral reports to the Program Management staff as required.
Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested by Program Manager.
Knowledge in Billing Cycles.
Ability to make sound decision and strong interpersonal skills while representing the company in a positive manner at customer meetings.
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills and must be able to work under deadlines.

AECOM is hiring a qualified Supervisor II Site Lead at our Solomon’s Island MD GSE contract.
Primary responsibilities and minimum experience requirements to include:
Education: BS or BA degree in Business Administration or other "Relevant Technical Discipline". Refer to 15.1.2. Must have a BA Degree.
At least ten (10) years of professional experience and knowledge of overhauling / repairing Aviation Ground Support Equipment. Must demonstrate knowledge of scheduled depot maintenance, phase inspections, quality, safety, and production management for ground support equipment.
Must show a minimum of ten (10) years supervisory experience leading, managing and administering a large contract effort for multiple teams at multiple government locations; conducting Depot Maintenance on Aviation Ground Support Equipment. Must demonstrate the ability to organize, direct and coordinate the planning and production of all contract support activities; to include emergent repair requirements worldwide at multiple government locations.
Position may require travel.
Position requires the ability to pass and maintain security clearance background check.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Must be able to meet physical requirements associated with and/or pass medical examination requirements related to performing daily assigned tasks.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
