Job Description
With continued growth across QLD, the Resources and Industrial (R&I) team are running an ‘Expression of Interest’ from experienced Senior Electrical Designers with demonstrated mining, heavy industry and industrial experience to help drive the technical outcome for a range of projects from the Townsville office.
How you’ll make a difference
Delivering drafting and design on Resources and Industrial projects
Mentor/lead juniors in the drafting and design team and wider Adelaide team.
Working co-operatively with team members whilst liaising with engineers and drafters to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
Maintaining, developing, and retaining the highest standard of technical design skills.

5 years+ experience in the design drafting on mining/industrial related projects – essential
Highly proficient understanding of one or more core software packages including AutoCADand MicroStation
Ability to develop concept designs from scratch with minimum supervision, ensuring innovation and safety is at the forefront of all early discussions.
The ability to work collaboratively – a team player that enjoys developing engineering solutions in a team environment leveraging from both known technologies and innovative designs.
