Job Description
Due to significant contract awards within our Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure Team in the Sunshine Coast.
By joining our team, you’ll be immersed in a strong, long-term pipeline of work, handling complex, large-scale and iconic projects primarily focused within the South-East Queensland region.

How you’ll make a difference:
Bring your creativity and foresight in project delivery, solving technical and client challenges across water infrastructure projects, providing inputs from hydraulic modelling to concept and detailed design, through to project scoping and compliance.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline and maintaining a high performing, engaged and supportive team culture.
Checking and review of project outputs, including project deliverables.
Ensure all quality assurance processes are followed, delivering projects on time and within budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships working with various clients and local, regional, and global AECOM colleagues as part of multidisciplinary teams and project delivery.
Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng (highly regarded).
Demonstrated experience in water and wastewater projects.
Knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards.
An interest in mentoring, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering high quality work and excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills.
