Job Description
We are seeking a Maritime Engineer to join our Ports & Marine team in Sydney, Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful marine infrastructure projects across NSW & ACT and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team..
Support the delivery of structural engineering projects for ports and marine facilities, contributing to design, analysis, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
Assist in providing technical input across project phases, while continuing to develop engineering judgment and industry knowledge.
Ensure project work complies with relevant local and international maritime codes and standards.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Contribute to design innovation, participate in quality assurance activities, and engage in knowledge sharing through team presentations and industry development opportunities.

Qualifications
The qualities that help you thrive:
Extensive experience in structural engineering, with recent experience in ports and marine projects
Recognised qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Similar).
Proven project management and design experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Track record of technical expertise delivering Ports and Marine projects.
Advanced knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices, particularly in marine environments.
