How you’ll make a difference

  • Lead complex, multi-discipline design management across project lifecycles – from concept to construction.

  • Provide technical direction, design governance and leadership across major infrastructure or building programs.

  • Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality, integrated design outcomes.

  • Champion design innovation, sustainability, digital engineering, and design excellence.

Qualifications

The qualities that help you thrive

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

  • Ability to navigate complexity and drive high-performing teams to success

  • Extensive industry experience, including significant experience in a design management or technical leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of Australian design and construction standards.

  • Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
