職缺說明
專案管理與諮詢計畫類別包含:
公共工程之基礎設施、建築、交通設施及永續淨零相關專案
民間計畫工包含(但不限於) 高科技廠房、數據中心營建專案、再生能源開發項目
工作內容:
瞭解所負責專案合約條款並與同仁協作，以符合專案整體需求。
負責及追蹤專案計畫內部及外部(業主、合作夥伴及供應商)之訊息溝通，包括︰設計圖件及文件、審查意見之傳送及回覆。
主動發現專案執行窒礙，協助專案經理尋求解決方案及因應對策。
執行建築、能源或土木基盤之專案管理工作，先期調查評估、先期規劃、規劃設計整合、設計審查、工程經費估算、市場調查、招標策略及施工督導等
應徵資格
專科或大學以上 (科系要求: 運輸管理相關、土木工程相關、建築相關專科)
2年以上工作經驗
具有良好的中文溝通能力
善於分析與整合
認真、富有責任感
對於時程管理、成本管控、契約管理等有一定認知者，優先錄用
具有公共工程品質管理人員或甲種職業安全衛生業務主管證照者，優先錄用
