TPE Supply Technician in
TPE Supply Technicians will possess the ability to prepare necessary documentation (automated and manual) to account for property through hand-receipt holder level. They will possess working knowledge of GCSS-Army skills necessary to complete required tasks. They must have spent a minimum of 6 years working in the Army field of property book and possess subject matter expertise in property security, possess a high level of individual analysis skills; business intelligence and assessment; and strategic logistical support policies for the CENTCOM AOR.
Position responsibilities are:
Maintains supply accountability records.
Performs document register reconciliations as required. Assists in ensuring contract provisions are met.
Maintains files in accordance with Army Records Information Management System.
Researches and resolves property book and/or system problems.
Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by department.
Duties may vary contingent on assigned department.
Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the Safety Policies and Procedures.
Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries.
Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of Quality Management System.
Performs other duties as assigned.
6 years’ experience in supply, inventory management, warehouse or related field required.
Proficient with GCSS-Army.
An intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
Must be a U.S. citizen and have a U.S. passport.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Must be able to favorably complete customer and company background investigation.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Thorough understanding and knowledge of inventory management.
Knowledge of U.S. Army inventory management accounting systems.
Ability to work effectively with employees and management of all levels (to include multinational staff, superiors and ranking military officers).
Ability to prioritize responsibilities to accommodate a demanding workload.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.
US Army 92A or 92Y preferred.
