Job Description

AECOM is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Enterprise Capabilities team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a high level of stakeholder management to our hiring management teams, sourcing top talent, screening candidates, ensuring the candidate experience is world class, and helping us to hire top engineering talent.

You will collaborate with department managers across, Buildings and Places, Architecture, Energy, Water, Environment, Project Controls to create appealing job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

We are looking for the successful candidate to have strong communication, organizational skills are a must as you will be juggling multiple positions at any one time, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role along with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (direct advertising, headhunting LinkedIn, Networking Events, Campus Events)

  • Schedule interviews and facilitate a smooth hiring process

  • Negotiate job offers with selected candidates

  • Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive and world class experience

  • Collaborate with department managers on recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of full cycle recruitment experience

  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal

  • Fluent in Romanian or Polish language, or both

  • Experience with recruitment of engineering and design professionals is preferred for this role

  • Candidates with experience in both a corporate and staffing agency environment are preferred for this role

  • Strong organizational and communication skills are a must for this role

  • Previous experience working with an ATS system and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn is a must for this role

Additional Information

This role can be hired into our Romania or Poland centers of expertise.

The role will help us with our recruitment needs in both locations.
