Job Summary

AECOM is actively recruiting a Cybersecurity Analyst to provide Cybersecurity (CS) support to Program Manager, Submarine Combat and Weapon Control Systems (PMS 425). The position is located on the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC.

The candidate will provide:

Cybersecurity Systems Engineering technical oversight for Program systems

Experience and familiarity with Risk Management Framework and DoD Accreditation processes

Knowledge and experience with NIST standards as related to Cybersecurity requirements

Strong written and oral communication skills

Project Management related experience

Document staffing and familiarity with Department of Navy and Department of Defense correspondence

CS related document/artifact repository management

Coordination with PMS425IA and Team Sub IA branches

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent

5-10 years of IT/CS work experience

2-4 years of Project Management experience

Two years of job-related experience may be substituted for each year of college.

An active Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level, or above.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Navy tactical systems, and in particular, Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems (SWFTS)

  • DoD or DoN Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Certification or compliance (DODD 8140.01, DODD 8570.01, or SECNAV M-5239.2)

  • TOP SECRET Clearance eligible background investigation, within the last five years

  • DISA Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Certification
