AECOM Escalation - Help Desk Support Administrator in Washington, District Of Columbia

AECOM has an immediate opportunity for a mid-level Escalation - Help Desk Support Administrator (Remote Access Support) to support a government agency’s capabilities in Washington, D.C (Union Station / Red Line).
Responsible for providing escalation support to the Service desk to ensure an issue is escalated to the proper resource required to remediate. Works with desk side support engineers to define and document problems and resolutions. Provides end user remote access support, managing all issues related to access by remote users. Ensures escalation remains minimal and limits engagement from outside teams when possible.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in remote access support and escalation management. Must have active knowledge of Service Desk services, as well as incident resolution procedures.
May be required to work evenings and weekends. Participation in a 24x7 on call rotation may be required. May be required to travel to SEC locations and data centers (<10% travel required)
Candidates must be U.S. Citizen or have legal right to work in the USA without sponsorship (Agency check will be required for this position)
