Position Title Program Management Analyst

AECOM is actively recruiting for a senior- level Management Analyst to provide support to the COLUMBIA Class Acquisition Manager (PMS397A). Tasking shall include:
Analyzes documentation, briefing, and analysis requirements to support Defense Acquisition Board and other reviews of the COLUMBIA Class Submarine Program.
Identifies data and documentation required by statute and regulation for the Defense Acquisition Board milestone decisions.
Draft documents and briefings as directed to support the Defense Acquisition Process and periodic reviews by senior stakeholders including NAVSEA 08, DASN (Ships), ASN (RDA), and USD(AT&L).
Route documents and briefings for comments internal and external to PMS397; track and adjudicate comments to documents, provide status to PMS397A2 and applicable acquisition IPTs.
Maintain the COLUMBIA Class acquisition program schedule to reflect key events, decisions and changes, and calibrates to reflect updated plans and actual data to keep schedule consistent with the evolving program.
Provide support with developing and executing legislative and media planning strategy for the COLUMBIA Class Submarine Program
Develop and review program responses for congressional inquiries and public request for information (RFI)
Provide programmatic presentation development, review, comment resolution, and final staffing for senior level programmatic presentations.
Perform other duties as required.
Demonstrated understanding of DoD Acquisition process and Government affairs.
Demonstrated ability to work in and lead diverse teams to resolve complex programmatic issues.
Demonstrated communication, written and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to routinely perform in high tempo environment and satisfy quick turnaround deadlines.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
At least seven (7) years of related technical experience or experience working within a DoD Program Office or Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA); Congressional affairs, Public Affairs experience a plus.
Must possess organizational skills, technical management skills, and ability to perform detail-oriented work.
Self-motivated, possess analytical skills and be customer-oriented.
Effective communication, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with computer hardware and software; proficiency in MS Office Suite.
